Walkthrough
お家の中の状態、どのくらいアップデートがされているか、どんな設備があるかなど、実際にお家を見せていただきます。
Repairs
壊れているところの修理手配や、買い手にとってお家がより魅力的に見える補修をご提案します。
Staging
空っぽのお家より、家具を配置し、買い手に実際に住むイメージをさせることで家がより魅力的になり売却価格も上がります。
Photo shoot
ステージングをした状態で、写真や3D映像の撮影を行います。撮影時は数時間ほどお家を空けていただきます。
Market on!
さあ、ついにお披露目の日です。
市場に出してからの内見予約数やViewの数など、どれくらい興味を引いているか、常に情報シェアをさせていただきます。
Reviewing offers
入ってきたオファーを確認します。複数ある場合には、価格だけでなくどのオファーがあなたの条件に一番あっているかも含め一緒に確認させていただきます。
Get in contract
おめでとうございます！
契約に入ってから現金のオファーでは2週間程度、ローンのオファーでは30日程度でClosingとなります。
Negotiation
お家の検査結果や査定額によっては買い手からの修理の交渉や、価格交渉などが入ってくることもあります。
Closing
おめでとうございます！
買い手と売り手双方がサインをし、
お家の権利が郡に登録されてはじめてクロージング、取引完了となります。
