I’ll take a look inside the home to check its condition, see what updates have been made, and review the features and amenities it offers.

Repairs

Small details matter. Arranging necessary repairs and making thoughtful improvements can significantly enhance the home’s appeal to buyers.

Staging

A staged home is more appealing than an empty one. Staging helps buyers visualize themselves living there, the home becomes more attractive and can even increase its selling price.

Photo shoot

The day after staging, it’s time for the photo shoot. With professional staging and a skilled photographer, we can make the home more inviting and attract buyers to visit in person.

Market on!

The big reveal day has finally arrived! I’ll keep you updated with information on the number of showings and views, so you can see how much interest the property is generating on the market.

Reviewing offers

We’ll review the offers that come in. If there are multiple, we may not only consider the price but also evaluate which offer best matches your needs and preferences, and discuss them together.

Get in contract

Congratulations! Once we enter the contract, closing will typically happen in about two weeks for cash offers and around 30 days for loan offers.

Negotiation

Based on the inspection report and appraisal, the buyer may negotiate repairs or price adjustments. I’ll support you every step of the way.

Closing

Congratulations! Closing is officially complete once both the buyer and seller have signed, and the property’s title is recorded with the county.
